Born in Fort Dodge Iowa, 1975​

When I was young, my mom worked as a bookkeeper for a man who loved photography. One day he bought her a brand new Olympus SLR camera, as a gift, but she had no idea how to use it and gave it to me. I studied the manual and memorized every function of the camera. I taught myself how to take pictures. My early pictures were just of cats and whatever I could find in the backyard. I continue the hobby today with the same feeling that there is always something new to be learned and new challenges to take on.
